Building Automation / Facility Management Systems

Building automation and Facility Management System (FMS) is a package that controls refrigeration, HVAC, irrigation and lighting to reduce energy consumption and increase reliability.

The system controls your equipment using the most advanced technology to reduce energy consumption, while optimizing equipment operation.

The FMS also has the ability to monitor and report problems. This helps reduce maintenance costs and means you pay attention to your customers, not your equipment.

Benefits of FMS

  • Reduce Energy Consumption
  • Estimated 18% Savings
  • 18-36 Month Return on Investment
  • Additional Savings
  • Reduction in Sales Loss Due to Equipment Failure
  • Improves Operations and System Reliability
  • Improved Shopping Environment
  • Store Personnel Focused on Customers

Thermal Imaging Audits

Infrared testing of electrical equipment is the best way to detect overloads, poor connections, faulty contacts, and other deficiencies - any of which are serious safety issues to employees and to the facility by fire.

It is rare that an Infrared survey doesn’t find “hot spots” in an electrical system.

Hot spots become visible through a process called thermography, which uses an infrared imaging and measurement camera to detect thermal energy emitting from an object.

Nearly everything gets hot before it fails, making these cameras a valuable diagnostic tool in many applications.

Thermal Imaging Audits

  • Help save your company money by identifying low cost corrective actions to minimize emergency unscheduled maintenance.
  • Fewer interruptions to productivity, greater uptime by identifying preventative maintenance needs.
  • Save resources by allowing more efficient energy usage.
  • Help protect your equipment from serious damage, your facility from fire, and your employees from bodily harm.
  • Possible reduction in insurance rates.
