Oscar W. Larson Company (“Oscar Larson” & “OWL”), a portfolio company of Trive Capital, has acquired Cox Service Station Maintenance (“Cox”). The strategic acquisition strengthens Oscar Larson’s presence in the Midwest and further establishes OWL’s nationwide footprint that has been built to relentlessly service the customer.
