This project was a full interior conversion from an Au Bon Pain to a Panera Bread Café in University of Michigan’s Student Historic Union Building. The project included demolition, MEP, new floor tile in kitchen, new wall finishes throughout, ceiling tile, kitchen installation, cooler and freezer installation, POS and millwork installation, finish carpentry and detail.
